The Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Engr. Austen Oniwon, has disclosed that the nation’s oil export to the United States is under threat due to the recent technological breakthrough in the use of shale gas.
Oniwon while x-raying the trends in the international energy market explained that there could be a lull in the demand for Nigeria’s oil and gas following the discovery.
