Air Products is set to appear at the AMI International Expo in Illinois. The event is scheduled to take place between 13th and 16th April in Chicago and will see the North America firm showcase its range of food processing solutions, the Freshline® LIN-IS (liquid nitrogen injection solution).
Particular highlights will include the DM – tunnel freezer, and continuous sauce chiller which are designed to assist meat processors improve productivity, increase product yield and lower costs. Air Products prides itself on offering complete gas solutions to users; this includes the gases themselves, equipment and the technology required.
The Freshline® LIN-IS offers a specifically designed liquid nitrogen system which can be retrofitted to new or existing mixers, grinders and blenders to enable speedy, consistent and replicable cooling.
Meanwhile, the DM tunnel model allows manufacturers to process both individually quick frozen (IQF) and flat or trayed products in a single machine. Similarly, the Freshline continuous sauce chiller harnesses the high power of LIN to cool and chill many types of liquid and semi-liquids.
During the Expo, Air Products will offer users a chance to see on-hand line liquid nitrogen (LIN) freezing demonstrations. During which, they can observe the benefits of flash freezing, particularly to produce such as meat.
The AMI Expo is the 11th event of its kind which sees key members gather from the meat, poultry and seafood industry. This year’s event is expecting delegates from over 100 countries participate, 400 exhibitors and around 5,000 buyers.
